We try & group children on their ability to ensure they receive the necessary coaching to enable them to move forward if they wish.

We coach children from 4 years beginner to National level

Coaching Philosophy

To provide appropriate training opportunities to all at recreational or competitive levels in a fun and safe environment

To develop & support the skills for performers and coaches

To listen and learn all the time

Some famous and not so famous quotes

“There’s no such thing as can’t!” “Be the best you can be! “All you can do is try your best and be positive” Quoted very often by Debbie

Don't be insane. Train with purpose. Train smart.

"Practice does not make perfect. Only perfect practice makes perfect." - Vince Lombardi

We do run our own friendly competitions to encourage the gymnasts to take part. This increases their confidence and above all it is fun. We also enter local friendly competitions Regional, & National

Apart from competing, we also coach pupils through the British Gymnastic Awards and give them logbooks to record their achievements, however small.

We like to give them realistic goals, so everyone can achieve something!
