Welcome to Heights Trampolining Club
Welcome to Heights Trampolining Club, based in Oxfordshire and West Berkshire.
Apart from being extremely fun, trampolining is a low-impact exercise that improves overall coordination, strength, flexibility, timing and balance. Other benefits include increased self-confidence, fitness levels and stronger bones!
When ready, our members also partake in both regional and national competitions.
Apart from competing, we also coach pupils through the British Gymnastic Awards and give them logbooks to record their achievements, however small.
We like to give our members realistic goals, so everyone can achieve something!
